PROBLEM STATEMENT
Abma’s Farm needed a solution for managing online grocery delivery. There were several factors that needed consideration while crafting a solution:
- Zone restricted delivery by zip code
- Spending minimum per order
- Daily maximum order limits
- Order setup fee
- Per order processing fee
- Product limitations for delivery
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN:
After two months of experimenting with various plug-ins and ideas, we settled on a hybrid solution. We tested several tools and launched Abma’s online grocery store on time and as planned.
