Client complained that Google Voice was not working correctly. Calls were being missed and were not routing correctly.
DISCOVERY AND IMPLEMENTATION
H. Grant Designs migrated the client to Net2Phone, which is a VoIP system. Net2Phone has a web and mobile app. We also configured call routing so that incoming calls would map to the correct phone number. Our final fix was to establish auto-attendants for active business hours and times when the office was closed.
