I got a new router and everything linked to it for Wifi easily, except my laptop. I had used H Grant Designs in the past for a different laptop issue with success, so I reached out to Howard again. He responded immediately, and within a half hour, my laptop had Wifi! Howard is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and always willing to help. In addition to always being responsive when I reach out to him personally for help, Howard also took the time to answer a question that I had posted to the general public on Facebook. Highly recommend!
